Peter Kelly, local Celebrity Chef from Xaviar's Restaurant Group (left), took his staff to Brotherhood

early in October for their annual outing where Winemaster, Cesar Baeza (right) conducted a 

wine blending exercise with barrel samples from different grape varieties. 

Brotherhood President, Hernan Donoso (center) joined in the festivities as Peter prepared several dishes for everyone to enjoy during their visit. 

Peter Kelly and his Wine Director, Billy Rattner, are working closely with Cesar to develop a

Hudson Valley wine exclusively for Xaviar's Restaurant Group.

This was to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month where Cesar's Chilean wine "Nostalgia" was featured.
